At The Microsoft World Partner Conference (WPC) in Orlando, Our mandate was to create an integrated plan to facilitate networking, thought leadership and fuel collaboration among the Microsoft US Partner eco-system to enhance the WPC experience through programming and events. We have since enjoyed a yearly relationship with Microsoft at multiple events.

Dreamforce was an amazing conference experience that sent attendees away with knowledge, inspiration, and memories that will last a life time. To help make this possible, Salesforce partnered with us to deploy passive session tracking (UHF RFID), integrated surveys and a gamified platform all aimed to streamline data capture and to enhance the attendee experience. Our Live Event platform brought the event to life for the attendees and sponsors alike.

By fusing their event offerings into one gamified attendee journey, this turn key solution powered maximum fun at Google Next Summit for attendees and sponsors alike.

This promotional event introduced the World of Watson to the SXSW community. Our Live Event platform incorporated registration, RFID Wristbands, and numerous interactive technologies to demonstrate how real time data could be leveraged to deliver a better attendee experience.

When Airbnb held its Airbnb Open conference in over 7,000 of its hosts from around the world converged in Paris, France to meet, connect and learn. We deployed RFID technology to make the experience of these international delegates highly personalized and totally frictionless ensuring they were registered, checked in, photographed, gated and tracked with the maximum efficiency. The delegates enjoyed a frictionless conference experience while Airbnb was able to understand their delegates’ behavior and preferences; where they went and which sessions were most popular.

When Oprah wanted to go on tour and create OTown, she knew she wanted to create a memorable experience for her fans. Our Live Event platform was able to connect over 10 brand partners to the attendees as well as some of Oprah’s signature themes. It was easy for the fans and provided amazing data to the partners and Oprah’s team.

This is our 6th year working with Major League Baseball on their events. The crowds this year through the Fan Fest were the best yet, smashing attendance records as fans downloaded the Fan Scan feature to interact with partners and win lots of great prizes throughout PlayBall Park.

At the NHL All-Star game we deployed our Live Event platform to connect thousands of hockey fans to the experience. Once fans registered for the NHL All-Star experience they were able to engage with brands and participate in the gamified experience. This platform helped the NHL grow and better understand their fan database.

Thuzi joined NCompass, Activision and thousands of Call of Duty® fans at the Forum in Inglewood, CA for a 3 day Call of Duty® immersive experience. In addition to providing frictionless registration that instantly connected attendees with the brand, Thuzi also developed the must-have mobile app for the event which was integrated with TicketMaster. All in all, attendees had a great experience and Thuzi was honored to be a part of it. And, thanks to our amazing partners, we won the Gold Award at Event Tech for Best Use of RFID/NFC/BLE.

Patron Technology partnered with Carolina Country Music Fest to amplify event engagement for thousands of country music fans. Utilizing creative sponsorships, exciting integrations, easy to use maps, and personalized schedules, Patron Technology was able to create a useful, easy and fun experience for the attendee.

We’ve set out to create a solution to elevate the attendee and festival organizer experience with our Mobile Ordering & Augmented Reality Wayfinding features. Cutting down on wait times and finding a creative way to navigate on site is just one way we can help elevate your event experience.

Thuzi joined forces with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and the College Football Playoffs to bring fans a one a kind experience. Using the CFP Social Passport, attendees were able to visit local businesses in the Tampa Bay Area to gain reward points, take photos, unlock exclusive rewards and more. For the 5th year in a row, we are activating at the Little League World Series. Thousands of fans, young and old spend the week here interacting with all partners in an easy, seamless experience using RFID technology and our Live Event Platform.

Patron Technology and IT WORKS joined forces to bring the IT WORKS community and the Tampa Bay Area to a "Whole 'Nother Level"! From the moment attendees walked in the door, Patron was there to enhance their event experience. Simple registration, dynamic photos and video, and a robust mobile app all worked seamlessly to take fans on an unforgettable journey for the Annual IT WORKS Conference.

Wherever the Boat Show goes, we go. Working at multiple events across the years our Live Event Registration Platform has transformed the consumer experience and helped connect fans with partners.

The UFC Vegas Takeover included pool parties, hotel lobby kiosks, meet and greets, photo ops, 5k run, the Las Vegas Monorail, televised events such as the pre-fight weigh in and spanned not only from one end of The Strip to the other, but also reached out to Freemont Street, Red Rock Resort and Hendersonville. The campaign unleashed hundreds of devices: laptops, tablets, handhelds, Rewards Check In kiosks, drones for video, RFID readers, QR Scanners, touch screens, DSLR cameras, mobile devices, video cameras and a real-time Azure Cloud infrastructure. The result was a wired Vegas where the UFC brand had significant presence and fans had a way to quickly and easily participate in an authentic way.

Texas On Tour is a mobile tour that travels across the country promoting tourism in Texas. Their goal is to educate and inspire non-Texas residents, breaking stereotypes and adverting diverse Texas cultures and landscapes. Our Live Event platform equips all Texas On Tour visitors with an RFID Texas Passport to connect all interactive experiences and facilitate meaning data in real-time.
